Gluten-free and lactose-free chocolate cake. Between the gluten-free dark cake base layers is a delicious lactose-free chocolate mousse, 56% mousse in the cake in total. Lightly wavy chocolate mousse on top. The baking sheet is pre-cut into 12 x 108 g.
