OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate Organic gives you a good versatile base, with an incredibly authentic taste of boiled chicken. Use it in your soups and sauces, e.g. in a classic blanquette sauce, or for your cooked dishes such as chicken fricassee. You can use OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate Organic directly in the cold kitchen, e.g. in a chicken salad, or in a classic curry dressing for a Club Sandwich. Bottle with 1 l concentrate, gives up to 51 l stock.
