Savupallas eli lämminsavustettu ruijanpallas tulee jälleen Kalaneuvoksen valikoimaan pienen tauon jälkeen. Tuote on MSC-sertifioitu, joten se on kestävistä kalakannoista vastuullisesti pyydettyä. Ruijanpallas on yksi suurimmista kampelakaloista ja se saattaa kasvaa jopa yli 300-kiloiseksi. Rasvaisena kalana se sopii monenlaiseen ruoanlaittoon tai herkutteluun sellaisenaan lisukkeiden kera.
