For the best result, always moisten Carita® Bio before use. Carita® fiber cloths have been proven food safe, and they comply with official requirements. Carita® Bio fiber cloth can be used in contact with dry, moist, and greasy food products. In addition, it is suitable for long-term storage as well as all kinds of preservation. The fiber cloth is suitable for: • straining, filtering, and pressing liquids • drying lettuce and vegetables • storing lettuce in a cold room. The lettuce remains crisp when wrapped gently in a damp Carita cloth. • slow cooking, but it is important to note that the fiber cloth can be used for heating up food at a maximum temperature of 70 °C for two hours or at 100 °C for 15 minutes.
